During the development of Critical Ward, generative artificial intelligence tools were used selectively, primarily to assist with programming, debugging, translation, and the refinement of existing audiovisual assets. ChatGPT was used as a supporting tool for programming, solving certain technical issues, and translating and reviewing text for the game's different languages. Additionally, other AI-assisted image and audio editing tools were used to polish certain graphical assets, music, and sound effects originally created by me. For example, I used an original countdown sound effect as the basis for creating two additional variations using AI tools to modify its pitch. This was an AI-assisted transformation of an existing asset, rather than a sound generated entirely from scratch. Some of these AI-assisted refinements are included in the final version of the game. However, no content is dynamically generated by artificial intelligence during gameplay. All aspects of the game's design, including its mechanics, characters, progression, and core systems, were created and developed by me
